HS2 are unlawfully evicting WAR camp – Happening now

Wendover Active Resistance (WAR) camp is currently being evicted by HS2 unlawfully. Around a hundred bailiffs, HS2 security and a tunneling team entered the site at 6am this morning. The court was contacted on Friday for a necessary amendment to the Court Order, which was produced in violation of what was stated and agreed in Court.

Euston tunnellers emerge victorious as HS2 case collapses

Seven people who lived in a 100 ft network of tunnels under Euston Square Gardens for 31 days to stop HS2 have had all charges dismissed in a real-life courtroom drama hailed as a “victory for the right to protest” by supporters including TV presenter Chris Packham.

All activists acquitted in the final round of trial dates from HS2 protest – judge asks prosecutor, ‘Why are you wasting our time with this again’?

At St. Alban’s Magistrates Court on Monday 23rd August 2021 the final 7 activists from the ‘Extinction is Forever’ protest (which took place outside a HS2 site on the outskirts of Maple Cross, Uxbridge, West London in October 2020) were suddenly acquitted when the case was dismissed by the judge after just one hour into the proceedings.

HS2 Rebellion activists in court charged with ‘hiding tools’ – despite being physically locked-on, on the opposite side of a compound gate

On the 9th of October 2020 a non-violent protest took place outside the gates of a HS2 site on the outskirts of Maple Cross, Uxbridge, West London. A group of environmental activists erected (and in some cases ascended) temporary bamboo structures at the gates of the site, housing construction work and a quarry. Protesters remained in place for almost 10 hours. 21 activists were eventually arrested, without resistance and were later charged with Section 241 (D) of the Trade Unions and Labour Relations Act (watching or besetting a workplace, in order to compel a person to abstain from doing an act that person had a legal right to do - TU92006).

Three National Eviction Team (NET) Face Trial Preparation Hearing At Crown Court For Assaults On Peaceful Protesters

Three members of the NET who are HS2's bailiffs “hired thugs of choice”, are due to appear at Warwick Crown Court on Friday 16th July 2021 for a 'preparation trial'.
